SERVICE MANAGER: The Service Manager is responsible for managing the activities and responsibilities of the service desk team. As a part of this management, the Service Manager is also responsible for providing high-level technical assistance to the team and ensuring service and support is provided to customers at agreed levels.
SERVICE TECHNICIAN: The Service Desk Technician is responsible for handling first level support of service requests in a professional and timely manner. This relates to all technology, to include: workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software.
SALES MANAGER: The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle, which includes: prospecting and qualifying new sales opportunities; performing onsite and online demonstrations; proposing and closing managed service contracts; and the sale of services and products. The Sales Manager is also responsible for collaborating with management on business development strategies.
